Do you offer consultations for new clients to help decide what services I need?

Absolutely! On my booking site, there’s an option for a free 15 minute consultation. Based on your hair goals, i can offer my suggestions on what services would be best. 

How often should I schedule appointments for hair maintenance?

  • Root touch ups- 4-6 weeks
  • Toner refresh- 6-10 weeks
  • Haircut-4-12 weeks
  • Lived-In Color -3-6 months
  • Highlights- 6-8 weeks
  • In salon conditioning treatment- 8-12 weeks

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! I kindly ask if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance. 24 hours or less cancellation, a 50% fee of all scheduled services will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services and no longer will be allowed to schedule.

Do you offer walk in appointments?

Unfortunately, I don’t at this time and services are by appointment only. 

My hair is really long, will the price be different?

All prices listed are starting prices. I have a set amount of product allotted per service. Based on your starting point, hair goal and length/thickness, more products or treatments may be required. We can discuss this during our consultation before we begin. 

What's the difference between lived-in color and highlights?

Lived-in color is a versatile, dimensional approach to coloring your hair. It can be soft and natural or bold and dimensional, and it’s designed to grow out beautifully with minimal upkeep. Highlights are more defined pieces of lighter color added for brightness and contrast. Lived-in color is perfect if you want a personalized, wearable look that suits your style and lifestyle.


I’m not sure what to book but can’t come for a consultation. What should I do? 

Feel free to reach out to me via email or IG. Send me pictures of your hair in natural indirect light (front and back), a few inspiration pictures and your hair history for the last 2 years. I can offer some booking suggestions. 


What brand of products do you use?

I currently use and retail Davines products. They are luxurious hair care products with the highest quality ingredients.
